Information about Peter Combe's School Concerts

For the Performing Arts Coordinator/ Music Teacher

CONTENT: Songs chosen from my albums including selections from -
WASH YOUR FACE IN ORANGE JUICE, NEWSPAPER MAMA, SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE,TOFFEE
APPLE, CHOPSTICKS , LITTLE GROOVER , BEST FRIENDS and KIDDYWINKS.

Much audience involvement with singing, actions, and clapping along to many of the songs.
If the kids are currently doing a project, given enough notice, I'm happy to include some songs which fit in with the project.
My main aim is to stimulate and extend children's natural love of singing. Having done this now for a long time, one of my greatest joys is when a parent tells me that their child now plays the violin, sings in a choir, plays in a band, has joined a drama group etc partly because they came to one of my concerts. There is no greater reward than that.

AGE SUITABILITY: 5-10 years of age
CONCERT LENGTH: 50-55 mins
NUMBERS: MINIMUM of 200 children
COST: $6 per child + GST (which the school claims back). Parents can come for FREE if the school approves
PAYMENT: If possible, cheque to be paid on day of the concert made out to - Peter Combe Music Pty Ltd. Or will provide bank details.
MY REQUIREMENTS: An enclosed space - school halls are good. I try to avoid concerts outdoors.
ARRIVAL TIME: 75 mins before the concert - to allow time to set up my sound system.
CDs & DVDs: Available on the day of the concert. Cash or cheque.
