"Since 1982, when I started recording my songs for children, I’ve been inspired to write new and original songs about fairy tales.  It became my own personal tradition to always include a new fairy tales song on each album. Eventually I recorded a set of Classic Fairy Tales CDs, reading my own adaptation of the stories and singing the songs. Perhaps these wonderful old tales may now be considered old fashioned...well they are, and I still love them. I hope you enjoy my versions of these stories, read and sung"  Peter Combe
